Lomo Light-an older term meaning light that has gotten into the camera and flashed the film leaving a streak of light, or circles of light, when you did not intend for them to be there. I'm sure there is a more defined definition than what I gave, but if you are interested you can wikipedia or google it. I use these lomo light resources to enhance my photos to look like they are from the 60's-70's era. Now we get to create them and use them as filter effects. They can be used effectively as in this image. It's the same as the one in the next post, but totally different version.
